Abigail Goutier participated in the Newberry College Honor band
110 students participated in the North Springs Elementary School STEM Field Day
Braydon Allen earned the highest honor for his photography at 2020 Scholastic Art and Writing competition
2017-2018
Faith Tompson, Ericka VanAlstine, Tobi Ariyo, and Mekalya Simms placed top 5 in the state at the South Carolina State HOSA competition.
Malcolm Wilson and JaVon Anderson played a vital role in the 2018 AAAA Boys State Basketball Championship. Malcolm was named the Most Valuable Player.
LaNaya Martin, Alliyah Brooks, MeKayla Brown, Amiri Mason were members of the 2018 AAAA Girls Track and Field State Championship Team. LaNaya and Alliyah also earned All American Honors at the New Balance National Championship by placing 6th in the 800 m relay.
Tobi Ariyo placed 4th at the DOD Junior Symposium held at the University of South Carolina.
Tobi Ariyo presented his research on Selective Inactivation of Drug Seeking Neuronal Ensembles in Cocaine Addicted Rats within Discrete Choice Operant Chambers at the National Junior Science and Humanities Symposium in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
45 students were certified in Basic Life Saving.

Savannah Talledo, Jack Talledo, Erin Walker, Kassidy Todd, Faith Thompson, and Lizzie Infante placed in the top 5 in the state at the State HOSA competition.
Erin Walker was awarded the Michael J. Lowder Scholarship.
Erin Walker and Hezekiah Branch attended the STEM Premiere National Signing Day at the South Carolina State House.
Tobi Ariyo was selected to participate in an internship at the National Institute for Health during the summer of 2017.
Tobi Ariyo earned a trip to participate in the Intel ISEF Conference in Los Angeles, Ca by placing in the top five at the South Carolina Regional Science Fair.
Hunter Houston earned a platinum rating on the WorkKeys assessment. He is 1 of 94 students in the state to earn the platinum rating.
